Free Emoticon
The Governor's Teen Driver Study Commission has recommended that teens display a sticker on their cars to identify themselves as beginning drivers.
It also recommended that teen drivers be limited to one passenger per vehicle and that their curfew be moved up from midnight to 11 p.m.
According to statistics, teens are involved in 12 percent of all accidents, even though they represent only 5 percent of the population.
How do you feel about the call for more restrictions?
Please continue this discussion in MyCampus: Stickers on Teen Cars?

Well for one thing i think that they need to keep the law as it is. A bumper sticker saying that you are a newcomer makes no sense. As long as there is another person in the car that is over 18 and i a legal driver than that all there needs to be.... and another thing i agree that an accident can happen anytime whether 11 in the morning or 11 at night. We aint dogs we don't need to be kept on a leash at all times.
